Enhancing Digital Onboarding for customers who find it hard to register

The Challenge

Part of a bigger strategic project certain new customers find it difficult to onboard via digital channels due to their circumstances. Proving customers are real and not fraudsters is a real business problem.

I lead a small team researching, understanding and prototyping three solutions.

I lead the research and development of a proposal which brought together internal stakeholders needs and banking policy, mapping these onto user scenarios. Building team of subject matter experts to solve the problem.

The solution was taken through to technical sizing and delivery.
